Welcome to the COVID-19 pandemic training feedback portal

This portal has been developed by your local and regional training reps to gather feedback and concerns regarding your training, progression and timelines in the context of the ongoing COVID19 pandemic. Data obtained will be used to feed back to the regional STC Meeting on 22nd May 2020.

Your form will be sent to the KSS Regional Training Reps for collating prior to discussion at the STC Meeting, not directly to the Deanery or the TPDs.

Please complete the form below in as much detail as you are able. You do not need to identify yourself or the unit you are working in. If you do choose to identify the unit, this can be fed back directly to your unit's college tutor.
